Mfundishi Olafemi's Teaching Schedule

Mfundishi Olafemi is available for private instruction, group classes, workshops, and health fairs in the Chicago and Milwaukee metro areas.

Chicago : 3958 S. Cottage Grove, Chicago

Monday -- 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Wednesday -- 10:00-11:00 a.m.
Saturday -- 9:30-11:00 a.m.

Special Event: Nganga Tolo-Naa's Internal Arts Workshop, once a month, Saturday, 12 a.m. - 4 p.m. $150. Chicago's south side.

Empowerment Tai Chi

Develop your root! Move from your center! Develop strength, endurance, and mastery.

If you are new to Tai Chi practice or a veteran Tai Chi student, this class will help you have a form that is based on true energy and strength.

You will learn:

Increased energy cultivation methods
Strength building through posture development
Develop the ability to change heights
Develop relaxation through hard work and sweat

Work with MASTER TEACHER MFUNDISHI OLAFEMI A. WATANGULIZI for the Summer and feel a new you by Autumn. Mfundishi Olafemi brings over 40 years of Tai Chi and other Internal Martial Arts experience to his students.
